How to Unclog the Bottlenecks and Improve the Bottom Line
Learning to think systemically is key to effective analyse of workflow processes and is critical to solving problems without making new ones. Systems Thinking tools are practiced as a means of modeling and communicating about work flow efficiency. Participants are encouraged to bring some of their own clinical practice management problems to the online meetings for mapping and discussion.
Time requirements: 3 hours per week: 2 hours for online meeting, 1 hour for meeting preparation.
Prerequisite: Systems Thinking Approach for Practice Management. Web camera, microphone and a high speed internet connection for online meeting participation.
Continuing Education Credits: 6 hours. Certificates of completion will be issued.
