A Holistic Approach to Negotiate Conflict and Improve the Bottom Line
Learning to think systemically is key to understanding the work environment from zoomed out holistic approach. Conflict is frequently a failure to appreciate different perspectives because it is hard to grasp the big picture. When the big picture is mapped out in a facilitated environment, insight is gained on how one area of operations affects another area, and points of leverage for interventions can be discovered.

Prerequisites: Web camera, microphone and high-speed internet connection for online meeting participation.
